The Court of Civil Appeals concluded that a question propounded to a witness by counsel for petitioner was so prejudicial that respondents' motion for mistrial should have been granted. It accordingly reversed the judgment of the trial court and remanded the cause. 448 S.W.2d 147. We reverse the judgment of the Court of Civil Appeals and affirm that of the trial court.
