IN THE MATTER OF THE MARRIAGE OF JUDY MCCOY AND DOUGLAS MCCOY
APPEAL FROM THE COUNTY COURT AT LAW #2 ANGELINA COUNTY, TEXAS
MEMORANDUM OPINION
PER CURIAM
On January 20, 2012, Appellant filed a notice of appeal complaining of various actions of the trial court. On the same date, this court notified Appellant, pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 37.1, that the information received in this appeal does not contain a final judgment or other appealable order. Appellant was further informed that the appeal would be dismissed if the information received in the appeal was not amended on or before February 20, 2012, to show the jurisdiction of this court. Appellant responded that he has opted to appeal the matters of concern in this case to another tribunal. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for want of jurisdiction. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.1, 42.3.
Panel consisted of Worthen, C.J., Griffith, J., and Hoyle, J.
