ORDER ACCEPTING MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S RECOMMENDATION
Each of these matters is before the court on a "Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge" filed August 7, 2001. The recommendation is that each complaint be dismissed because, inter alia it is legally frivolous. Plaintiffs have each objected to the recommendation, but their objections serve only to make the magistrate judge's point. I have conducted the requisite de novo review of the issues, the record, and the recommendations. Based on this review, I have concluded that each recommendation is a correct application of the facts and the law. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED as follows:
1. These two cases are hereby consolidated for purposes of this ruling.
2. Each recommendation (#17 in each case) is ACCEPTED. The magistrate judge's ruling is adopted as the opinion of this court.
3. The motion to dismiss in Case No. 00-N-1187 (#4) is GRANTED. The case is dismissed as legally frivolous.
4. The motion to dismiss in Case No. 00-N-1188 (#5) is likewise GRANTED. The case is dismissed as legally frivolous.
5. The court is executing two originals of this ruling. The clerk will file one in each file.
6. All other pending motions are DENIED as moot.
