ORDER

Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge

On March 20, 2023, the Commissioner filed a Motion to Seal Petitioner's Reply to Answer (Motion to Seal). The Commissioner requests that the Court (1) grant his motion, (2) seal Mr. McCoy's Reply to the Commissioner's Answer, and (3) permanently bar Mr. McCoy from using any privileged information in his Reply to Answer and for any purpose in this case, including continuing to file the disputed information publicly. We will direct Mr. McCoy to file a response to the Commissioner's motion.

Upon due consideration of the Commissioner's Motion to Seal and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 21, 2023, Mr. McCoy shall file a response to the Commissioner's Motion to Seal. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 5, 2023, the Commissioner may file a reply to Mr. McCoy's response. It is further

ORDERED that Mr. McCoy shall refrain from filing any other documents or pleadings with the Court or otherwise referencing or attaching any of the alleged privileged documents until such time that the Court opines on the Commissioner's Motion to Seal Opposition to Motion to Withdraw as Counsel and Declaration of Waukeen McCoy in Support of Opposition to Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed December 8, 2022, and Motion to Seal Petitioner's Reply to Answer, filed March 20, 2023.
