This case is calendared for trial at the Court's June 5, 2023, Honolulu, Hawaii trial session. On March 4, 2023, Ms. McCoy filed a document titled "Statement of Facts." This document should be recharacterized as a request for admissions under Rule 90. Because of the mischaracterization of the document, we will extend the normative deadline for the Commissioner to move or respond. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that Ms. McCoy's Statement of Facts filed March 4, 2023, shall be recharacterized as "Petitioner's First Request for Admissions." It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner shall move or respond to the request for admissions by April 14, 2023.
