ORDER

Petitioner's Reply to respondent's Answer was due on August 22, 2022. On August 23, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Extension of Time, requesting that petitioner be allowed an additional 90 days within which to file his Reply to respondent's Answer. That motion, however, was not properly accompanied by a Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Motion for Extension of Time.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced motion is denied without prejudice.
