ORDER

Appellant James B. McCoy has filed a pro se motion for a copy of the clerk's record, stating that he cannot proceed with his brief until he receives a copy of the clerk's record. Appellant qualifies as indigent and is an inmate. We GRANT the motion and ORDER the Clerk of this Court to mail a copy of the clerk's record to appellant. Appellant's brief is due May 11, 2017. We GRANT appellant an extension of time and ORDER him to file his brief on or before June 12, 2017.
