ORDER

Appellant, an inmate, has filed a Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis, requesting that he be allowed to proceed without payment of a filing fee or court costs and without payment for the preparation of the appellate record. Appellant was deemed indigent in the trial court. We therefore GRANT his motion. See TEX. R. CIV. P. 145; TEX. R. APP. P. 20.1. Appellant may proceed without payment of the filing fee or court costs. Appellant is also entitled to proceed with his appeal without paying the costs for preparation of the appellate record.

Appellant's Motion For Leave to Extend Time to Pay Filing Fee is DENIED AS MOOT.
