This case is currently set for trial at the Court's October 31, 2022, Washington, D.C. trial session. On October 5, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, advising that petitioner has been unresponsive. By Order dated October 7, 2022, we set respondent's motion for hearing. On October 22, 2022, we held a conference call with the parties. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's October 31, 2022, Washington, D.C. trial session and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 4, 2023, the parties shall file status reports regarding the then-present status of this case or submit to the Court stipulated decision documents. The parties are advised that if no status report is filed or stipulated decision is submitted by this date, we may grant respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution.
