Opinion
June 1, 1953.
In an action to recover damages for wrongful discharge in breach of an oral contract of employment, the jury rendered a verdict for $4,433.34 in plaintiff's favor. Defendant appeals from the judgment entered thereon. Judgment reversed on the law and the facts and a new trial granted, with costs to abide the event. In our opinion, the verdict is against the weight of the evidence. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Adel, Wenzel and Schmidt, JJ., concur.
