ESTATES OF DECEDENTS, § 296 — evidence as insufficient to establish claim. Evidence considered and found insufficient to support claims of a son filed against his mother's estate for services rendered his mother in looking after her farm and for real estate commission and expenses paid by him in connection with sale of the farm.
