ORDER

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's New York City, New York trial session beginning February 22, 2022. On November 22, 2021, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration. The caption of that document includes only petitioner Barry John McCombs' name, and the document is signed only by petitioner Barry John McCombs. However, by Order issued October 5, 2021, the Court amended the caption of this case to add Denyse McCombs as a petitioner.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the proposed stipulated decision, filed November 22, 2021, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 24, 2022, the parties shall file a revised proposed stipulated decision.
