On September 5, 2023, respondent filed an Answer in this case. Counsel for respondent thereafter contacted the Court informally to advise that the notice of deficiency attached thereto had not been properly redacted. That being so, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Answer is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Answer shall be sealed and retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity except by an Order of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 28, 2023, respondent shall re-file the Answer and shall attach thereto a properly redacted copy of the notice of deficiency upon which this case is based.
