In Re: Troy McCloud, applying for supervisory writs, 20th Judicial District Court, Parish of West Feliciana, No. 15-WCR-108. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, HIGGINBOTHAM, AND CRAIN, JJ.
WRIT GRANTED WITH ORDER. The Clerk of Court for the Twentieth Judicial District, Parish of West Feliciana, State of Louisiana, is ordered to promptly transfer the "Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Ad Subjiciendum" filed by Troy McCloud on or about February 25, 2015, bearing Docket No. 15-WCR-108, and all related pleadings and pertinent papers, to the Nineteenth Judicial District, Parish of East Baton Rouge, for further proceedings, on or before September 7, 2015. Once accomplished, the Twentieth Judicial District Clerk's Office shall file with this Court written notice of the transfer, along with a copy of this order.
