McClinton v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Aug 24, 1972
265 So. 2d 719 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1972)

Opinion

Nos. Q-216, Q-217.

August 24, 1972.

Appeals from Felony Court of Record for Volusia County; Uriel Blount, Jr., Judge.

Richard W. Ervin, III, Public Defender, William C. Owen, Special Asst. Public Defender, and Waverly McClinton, in pro. per., for appellants.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen., and William E. Whitlock, III, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

Appellants seek reversal of their convictions in a jury trial on charges of robbery for which they were each sentenced to twenty-two years imprisonment.

We have reviewed the record on appeal and the briefs filed herein and our consideration thereof requires a conclusion that no error was committed in the trial court. Accordingly, the judgments appealed herein are affirmed.

SPECTOR, C.J., and JOHNSON and WIGGINTON, JJ., concur.
