Where the case is similar to and governed and controlled by Williams v. State, No. 22550, (Page 430 of this volume) the judgment is reversed and the prosecution ordered dismissed for the reasons set forth in the Williams case.

Appeal from County Court of Willacy County. Hon. Charles R. Johnson, Judge.

Appeal from conviction for violating pink bollworm law.

Reversed and prosecution ordered dismissed.
