Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County, entered on November 13, 1970, so far as appealed from, unanimously affirmed. Petitioner-respondent and respondent-respondent shall recover of respondents-appellants one bill of $30 costs and disbursements of this appeal. The order of this court entered on February 25, 1971 [ 36 A.D.2d 688] is vacated.
