Upon due consideration of the Motion to Withdraw Counsel, filed by petitioners' counsel Josh O. Ungerman and Mary E. Wood on January 27, 2022, and the Status Report, filed by petitioner Levi G. McCathern and respondent on February 4, 2022, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Motion is recharacterized as a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. It is further

ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel is granted, and Mr. Ungerman and Ms. Wood are withdrawn as petitioners' counsel in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 8, 2022, the parties shall file further written reports (or, preferably, a joint report) regarding the then-present status of this case.
