Per Curiam:

Mr. Melvin McCaslin, Jr., appeals from the judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court denying on the merits his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief after an evidentiary hearing. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 84.16(b).
