On March 17, 2023, respondent endeavored to file in the above-docketed matter a Motion for Leave To File Out of Time Notice of Filing of Petition and Right To Intervene and to lodge simultaneously therewith the corresponding notice. However, review shows that the lodged document is merely a second copy of the motion for leave.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the two documents submitted March 17, 2023, by respondent at Docket Entries #7 and 8 are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
