This is a companion case to our No. 14,681, 413 So.2d 1322 (La.App.), which was consolidated for purposes of trial and appeal with our No. 14,682, the present case.

For the reasons set forth in our opinion in No. 14,681, the judgment of the trial court appealed to this court under our No. 14,682, is affirmed, at defendants' cost.

AFFIRMED.
