Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, without costs, and Michelle I. Rosien, Esq., PO Box 908, Philmont, New York 12565, is appointed in his place (see Labor Law § 538). The time to file and serve the brief of claimant-respondent is extended to
January 9, 2017. Respondent Commissioner of Labor shall file and serve a brief, if any, on or before January 23, 2017.
