ORDER

On November 8, 2022, the Court issued an Order in which the undenied affirmative allegations in respondent's Answer were deemed admitted by petitioner William McCarthy, III. On November 18, 2022, petitioner submitted a letter to the Court, which was filed as a Motion to Vacate the Court's November 8, 2022, Order. On March 16, 2023, the Court issued an Order directing the parties to call the Court with respect to scheduling a conference call.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order issued March 16, 2023, with respect to scheduling a conference call, is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Vacate is assigned to Special Trial Judge Adam B. Landy for disposition. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Vacate is set for hearing at the calendar call during the Court's April 11, 2023, Tampa, Florida trial session scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. in Room 1201, Timberlake Federal Annex, 501 East Polk Street, Tampa, FL 33602. Mr. McCarthy is advised to appear, and failure to appear at the hearing may result in the Court's denial of petitioner's Motion to Vacate.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
