This case was called from the calendar of the Court's Mobile, Alabama trial session on February 24, 2023. Both parties appeared and were heard. Respondent filed a Motion to Consolidate Docket Numbers 18923-21 and 33735-21. Petitioners did not object to respondent's motion. Petitioners made an Oral Motion for Continuance. Counsel for respondent did not object to petitioners' oral motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Consolidate Docket Numbers 18923-21 and 33735-21, filed on February 24, 2023, is granted in that the above-docketed cases are consolidated for trial, briefing, and opinion. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Oral Motion for Continuance is granted, and this case is continued generally.
