ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

On August 25, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction moving that this case be dismissed upon the ground that the petition was not filed within the time prescribed by I.R.C. § 6015(e)(1). Respondent through their motion informed the Court that petitioner does not object. Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is granted and this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
