This case was calendared for trial at the February 7, 2022, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma remote Trial Session of the Court. On January 24, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Seriatim Post Trial Briefs and Production of Trial Transcripts. On January 24, 2022, petitioner also filed a Motion to Admit Trial Exhibits.
