MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

Before the Court is Appellant's Motion to Dismiss Appeal. The motion is signed by appellant and appellant's counsel. The motion states, "Appellant has informed counsel that she no longer wishes to pursue the appeal. Appellant requests that the Court grant Appellant's Motion to Dismiss Appeal." We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal.

JUDGMENT

Based on the Court's opinion of this date, appellant's motion to dismiss appeal is GRANTED and the appeal is DISMISSED.
