A supplemental clerk's record has been filed. The record reflects that on October 20, 2017, the trial court found that appellant is indigent and entitled to a free appellate record. On October 13, 2017, the court reporter filed a record of the motion for new trial hearing. The court reporter has informed this Court that no record was taken of the motion for summary judgment hearing. Therefore, appellant's brief is due December 8, 2017.
