ORDER

Emin Toro Judge.

This case was calendared for trial during the Court's October 10, 2023, San Francisco, California, trial session. On October 3, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss, among other things, the status of the case. As discussed during the conference call and agreed to by the parties, to allow petitioners the opportunity to obtain information that the parties believed would assist in resolving the case without trial, the Court continued the case. By Order served October 4, 2023, among other things, this case was stricken from the October 10, 2023,San Francisco, California, trial session.

On January 5, 2024, petitioner filed a Status Report (Doc. 20). On January 8, 2024,respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 22). On January 22, 2024, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss, among other things, the status of the case. As discussed during the conference call and agreed to by the parties, the Court will direct the parties to file a status report.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 22, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
