Upon due consideration of the Motion to Remove Small Tax Case Designation, filed April 17, 2024, and petitioner's failure to file a response to the Court's Order to Show Cause as directed by the Court on October 24, 2023, as well as the record of this case, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is granted in that the Order to Show Cause is hereby made absolute. It is further

ORDERED that the docket number of this case is amended by deleting the letter "S" therefrom, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to process this case to trial or other disposition as a regular tax case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted, this case is stricken from the small tax case trial session of the Court scheduled to commence in Boston, Massachusetts on May 13, 2024, and this case is restored to the general docket.
