From the 175th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2014CR2401
Honorable Raymond Angelini, Judge Presiding
ORDER
By order dated April 20, 2016, this appeal was reinstated on the docket of this court after a supplemental reporter's record was filed containing the trial court's verbal findings of fact and conclusions of law. The order provided the parties the opportunity to file amended or supplemental briefs. The order required appellant's amended or supplemental brief to be filed no later than May 20, 2016, and the State's amended or supplemental brief to be filed thirty dates after the appellant filed his amended or supplemental brief. If a party decided not to file an amended or supplemental brief, the order required the party to file written notice of such intent by May 2, 2016.
On April 21, 2016, the State filed written notice, stating it did not intend to file a supplemental brief but reserved the right to file a supplemental brief if appellant filed a supplemental brief. On May 26, 2016, appellant filed a first amended brief.
It is therefore ORDERED that if the State intends to file an amended brief, such amended brief must be filed no later than June 27, 2016. If the State does not intend to file an amended brief, the State must file written notice of such intent no later than ten days from the date of this order.
