ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland, Judge.

This case was called for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 7, 2022, at the Celebrezze Federal Building located at 1240 East 9th Street in Cleveland, Ohio, Courtroom No. 3013. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Respondent appeared and was heard.

On August 31, 2022, parties had filed a proposed stipulated decision that contained a clerical error. Respondent has since attempted to secure petitioner's signature on a revised decision document. Respondent requested thirty (30) days to file the revised decision document.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 7, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents, or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
