ORDER

On September 19, 2022, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee in this case, and this case was closed.

On September 30, 2022, petitioner submitted the filing fee in this case.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered September 19, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file a proper amended petition, is extended to October 21, 2022. If, by October 21, 2022, no amended petition is received, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
