ORDER

Ronald L. Buch, Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's September 16, 2024, Atlanta, Georgia trial session. On June 18, 2024, the Commissioner filed a Motion to Remand, requesting the Court to remand this collection case to the Commissioner's Office of Appeals for further consideration, and a Motion for Continuance. Counsel for the Commissioner advised the Court that the petitioner has no objection to the motions. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion to Remand filed June 18, 2024, is granted, and this case is remanded to the Commissioner's Office of Appeals for further consideration. It is further

ORDERED that a hearing on remand shall take place at a reasonable and mutually agreed upon date and time, but no later than September 27, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion for Continuance filed June 18, 2024, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's trial session commencing September 16, 2024, in Atlanta, Georgia. The parties need not appear for calendar call. It is further

ORDERED that by November 1, 2024, the Commissioner shall file with the Court a status report attaching any supplemental determination. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
