We affirm the conviction but under the authority of Blackiston v. State, 25 Fla. L. Weekly D2354 (Fla. 5th DCA September 29, 2000), strike that portion of the judgment subjecting McAfee to the Collections Court Program.

Conviction AFFIRMED; sentence modified.

GRIFFIN and PLEUS, JJ., Concur.
