This case is scheduled for trial at the trial session scheduled to commence on September 6, 2022, for cases where Los Angeles, California, is the place of trial. On August 15, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 1, 2022, petitioners shall file an objection or other response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed August 15, 2022. It is further
