Petitioner's emergency petition for writ of mandamus is denied without prejudice for the petitioner to first request the document from the state attorney and, if necessary, to seek mandamus relief in the circuit court. Cf. Zito v. State, 990 So.2d 1257 (Fla. 2d DCA 2008). Petitioner may request an extension of time to serve the initial brief in appeal number 2D13–102.
