ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

The Petition in this case was not accompanied by the corporate disclosure statement required by Rule 20(c) of the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. Accordingly, by Order served July 31, 2023, the Court directed petitioner to file a corporate disclosure statement on or before August 30, 2023. The Court thereafter extended the time for petitioner to file a corporate disclosure statement to October 12, 2023. To date, petitioner has failed to file a corporate disclosure statement.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file a corporate disclosure statement is hereby extended to November 7, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioner a copy of Form 6, Corporate Disclosure Statement.
