Trespass for personal injuries. Before SCHMIDT, J. Judgment by default entered in favor of plaintiffs and against defendant and defendant's motion to vacate default judgment denied. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 867, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April T., 1975, No. 4562. Argued September 15, 1976.
