ORDER

The Court held a partial trial in this case at the Court's September 11, 2023, trial session in Denver, Colorado. During the partial trial, the Court received into evidence the First Stipulation of Facts and accompany exhibits, including Exhibits 1-J through 9-J and 10-P through 12-P. The Court further directed respondent to file the Stipulation of Facts by the end of the day. Although the First Stipulation of Facts was filed with the Court (see Doc. 15), the accompanying exhibits were not attached to the filing. Moreover, this case is currently calendared for further trial at a remote Special Trial Session, scheduled to commence at 11:00 a.m. ET, on December 11, 2023.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent shall file with the Court, by 10:00 a.m. ET on December 11, 2023, the exhibits that accompany the First Stipulation of Facts, including Exhibits 1-J through 9-J and 10-P through 12-P.
