On November 8, 2021, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration. Upon review of the filing, the Court notes that the parties have omitted "ORDERED and DECIDED" from the decision that they seek to have entered. Consequently, the Court is unable to process the proposed stipulated decision.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' proposed stipulated decision, filed November 8, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 13, 2021, the parties shall file a revised proposed stipulated decision.
