DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to amend return and scheduling order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to amend the return is granted, without costs, and respondent shall file and serve the amended return on or before January 4, 2018, and petitioner may file and serve a supplemental brief, if any, on or before February 5, 2018, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to amend the scheduling order is granted, without costs, to the extent that the time to file and serve the brief of respondent is extended to March 7, 2018.
