ORDER

Douglas B. Shapiro, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

"Appellant's second motion to change time for filing of transcript and motion to extend time to file brief is GRANTED IN PART. Within 14 days of the Clerk's certification of this order, appellant's counsel must file a stenographer's certificate with this Court evidencing the expedited ordering of the missing portions of transcript or evidence that the missing portions of transcript were previously filed but not provided to appellant's counsel. Appellant's brief shall be due within 56 days of the filing of the missing portions of transcript with the trial court or within 56 days of the Clerk's certification of this order if the missing portions of the transcript were previously filed but not provided to counsel.
