ORDER

Douglas B. Shapiro, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion for extension of time for filing transcripts is GRANTED. The time for filing transcripts is EXTENDED to February 25, 2022. Further, within 7 days of the Clerk's certification of this order, court reporter Michelle Orvis (CER 5585) shall advise the Clerk's office whether she is maintaining responsibility for the filing of the transcripts for this appeal by the extended due date or whether a new reporter has assumed the responsibility. If a new reporter has assumed responsibility for the filing of the transcripts, Michelle Orvis (CER 5585) shall ensure that the new reporter promptly file a stenographer's certificate evidencing the ordering of the transcripts and setting forth the February 25, 2022 due date.
