ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed May 10, 2024, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 6, 2024, petitioner's heirs at law, Michael Christopher Mayne and Mary Ann Mayne, shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion and dismissal of this case or other appropriate action by this Court. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to service on the parties, the Clerk of the Court shall serve copies of this Order and respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution on Michael Christopher Mayne and Mary Anne Mayne at their addresses listed in respondent's motion.
