The applicant, CLD, Inc. D/B/A/ Green Meadow Haven Nursing Home sought review of the trial court's July 1, 2024, ruling denying its "Dilatory Exception of Prematurity." Jennifer Mayeux and CLD, Inc. d/b/a/ Green Meadow Haven Nursing Home, have filed a joint motion to dismiss the writ application. The motion is granted and the writ is hereby dismissed. U.R.C.A. 2-8.4.
