ORDER


For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, it is

ORDERED that plaintiff's motion to strike new defenses [# 197] is DENIED; it is further

ORDERED that the Bureau of Prisons Motion for Summary Judgment [# 151] is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The motion is granted with respect to the BOP's claimed exemptions on counts 10, 31, 39, and parts of counts 44, 46, and 51. Summary judgment is denied in all other respects on the arguments advanced by the BOP; it is further

ORDERED that plaintiff's cross-motion for summary judgment [# 173] is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The motion is granted with respect to the withholdings under counts 12, 34, and 49, and part of counts 46 and 51. Summary judgment is denied in all other respects on the arguments advanced by plaintiff; and it is further

ORDERED that within sixty (60) days from the date of the issuance of this Order, the BOP shall release any previously withheld records now requiring disclosure. In addition, the BOP shall within the same sixty (60) days supplement the record by addressing the deficiencies the Court has identified in its Memorandum Opinion, and, if appropriate thereafter, renew their motions for summary judgment, or within the time provided, release all previously withheld records and thereafter forthwith advise the Court of its decision to do so.

SO ORDERED.
