ORDER

The trial court imposed sentence on May 13, 2013; Appellant's notice of appeal was due to be filed by June 12, 2013. See TEX. R. APP. P. 26.2(a). On June 18, 2013, this court received Appellant's motion for extension of time to file a notice of appeal and the notice of appeal; the motion and notice were postmarked on June 13, 2013. See id. R. 9.2(b) (mailbox rule).

Appellant's motion for extension of time to file the notice of appeal is GRANTED; Appellant's notice of appeal is deemed timely filed. See id. R. 26.3.
