ORDER

On May 27, 2020, we granted the parties' joint motion to abate this appeal for 60 days while the parties attempted to resolve their dispute. In that order, we directed the parties to file a status update by July 27, 2020. On July 27, 2020, the parties filed a joint motion to extend the abatement for another 60 days. The motion stated that the parties are working toward finalizing a resolution of this dispute but require additional time due to challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.

After consideration, we GRANT the parties' joint motion and extend the abatement of this appeal until September 30, 2020. We ORDER the parties to file a status update by September 30, 2020.

It is so ORDERED on July 30, 2020.
