DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Judith May for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated May 24, 2011, which affirmed an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Richmond County, entered March 24, 2010, for poor person relief, to vacate an arbitrator's award, and for judgment in the sum of $22,300. Separate motion by Judith May to enlarge the record to include the record for a certain case commenced in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Bronx County. Separate motion by Judith May for a subpoena to obtain certain records maintained by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied, and the motion is otherwise denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motions to enlarge the record and for a subpoena to obtain certain records are denied as academic.
